Description

SAD-18 is a standard stereo 2.1 system with a mono subwoofer.

As an amplifier a professional 3-channel unit is used, branded by the recognised Italian company - Powersoft. It provides the power of 1200W for the subwoofer and 2 x 280W for the satellites. The next key feature is a DSP with a limiter system which is responsible for the sound of the set.

In electronics, we gave up all unnecessary extras. In the connection section there're only 2 combo Jack-XLR sockets, 2 Speakons for satellites and a durable PowerCon socket available.

The power of the set can be adjusted using the volume control. The subwoofer features high-class FaitalPro 18" neodymium speaker with a 4" coil. The satellites are equipped with six 3" full-range FaitalPro loudspeakers with a neodymium magnet.

When elaborating SAD-18, it was important to provide a system with the best components to guarantee a long-term reliability of it.

The loudspeaker enclosures are made of polyurethane-coated plywood. In the interior of the subwoofer there's also a room for satellites and additional accessories like cables. The system is surprisingly lightweight taking into account its capabilities thus distinguishing itself by a great price/performance ratio.

Satellite speakers can be placed inside the subwoofer for transportation purposes. Protective cover for subwoofer + connecting cables (2x 10m) included.
